Refunds & Exchanges

While we take great care to ensure your package arrives in excellent condition, accidents can sometimes occur. If your package is damaged, please record a video and send it to our WhatsApp number. Orders without proof of damage will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Returns are strictly not accepted for 10ml decants. Sealed items may be eligible for a refund, provided the request is submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund requests should be submitted to “enquiries@jusblack.co.za” or via our WhatsApp line.

If you wish to exchange an item, additional shipping fees will apply, and the exchange will only be processed if the item is in its original, sealed packaging and within the 14-day period.

Shipping Policy

Free delivery is available for orders over R1500. Orders under this amount will incur a standard shipping fee of R120.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 days of placement. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for courier delivery. While some areas may experience longer delivery times, most orders are typically delivered within 2-7 days.

Orders are not processed for shipping or delivery on weekends or public holidays.

Certain areas are classified as “danger zones” by the courier company and may incur a higher shipping fee than initially quoted. If your area falls within one of these flagged zones, your parcel will be redirected, and you’ll be asked to provide the nearest Pep Store, PostNet, or Courier Guy kiosk for collection.
