If your parcel arrives damaged, please record an unedited video showing the condition of the outer packaging, shipping label and damage before opening the parcel. The video must be submitted to our WhatsApp line when reporting the damage. Claims submitted without sufficient proof of damage may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
